The Team

Leah Nagler Tuisavalalo, Attorney at Law

Leah Nagler Tuisavalalo was raised in both the United States and Samoa. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Santa Clara University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2002. While at the University of Hawai’i, she clerked at the Legal Aid Society of Hawai’i, providing direct legal assistance to low income individuals in the areas of family law, housing law, consumer law and public benefits. While at Santa Clara, she continued to work with low income individuals and families at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Clinic, acting as the primary case handler, under attorney supervision, for those seeking immigration relief.

Currently, Ms. Tuisavalalo specializes in all areas of immigration and nationality law, including deportation and removal defense, asylum, citizenship and naturalization, family-based immigration, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, consular processing, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and post-conviction relief.

Ms. Tuisavalalo has represented clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Tuisavalalo is currently serving as co-AILA liaison to USCIS Fresno.

Olga Grosh, Attorney at Law

Olga Grosh was born in Kiev, Ukraine and immigrated to the United States as a child. Olga graduated with high honors from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a major in Hispanic Studies, and a minor in International Relations. Olga earned her J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco where she realized her passion for immigration law, which she has been practicing since.

After her own 15-year struggle to obtain citizenship, Olga is a driven and compassionate representative of immigrants’ rights. Olga focuses on removal and deportation proceedings, Board of Immigration and Ninth Circuit Appeals, family petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, affirmative and defensive asylum, and has particular expertise in U visas and Violence Against Women Act applications for victims of crime and domestic violence. Olga is a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar and is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ciaran Patrick Pratt, Attorney at Law

Ciaran Patrick Pratt was born in Germany to parents from Ireland and Argentina. He spent his early childhood in Germany, Ireland, England, and Argentina before immigrating to the United States with his family. Ciaran graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a major in Political Science, and minors in German and Mandarin Chinese. Ciaran graduated as a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.

Ciaran is a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ciaran focuses on representation of clients in removal proceedings, bond, asylum, consular processing, family-based petitions, and appellate work before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Circuit Court of Appeals.
